We concentrate on you and your real estate housing and loan needs. Satisfied clients refer their family, friends and neighbors to us for Real Estate and mortgage lending advice because our team believes in building strong, life-long relationships – one person at a time.

With Mary and Bob Willett you get five generations of Northern California expertise.

That’s five generations each. Bob’s family pioneered in the Nevada City/Grass Valley area originally immigrating to work in the mines. His family moved down to the ‘City’ in the early 50’s, settling into life in the beautiful fabulous 40’s area in East Sacramento. Bob grew up here, graduated from Jesuit High School and Cal State University, Sacramento, back when we all called it Sac State. Mary’s family lived in and near Woodland and the town of Verona on the River before establishing the Woodland Medical Clinic. She was born in the same hospital as her father and her grandmother. That definitely makes her a native daughter, graduating from St. Francis High School and ‘Sac State’. If you’re looking for solid area knowledge, we got it and it runs deep.

Since their inception, 1st Sierra Mortgage/Metro Realty Group has always placed the client first, which Paul feels is the key to establishing strong, life-long relationships – one person at a time.

Paul is an active member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, held leadership positions on various committees and is a major donor/instructor at the Home Loan Counseling Center of Sacramento, a non-profit specializing in affordable housing education.
